Warranty Policy

Proxima Bikes ensure quality checks on each part while processing for manufacturing, assembly and transportation. In case there are any manufacturing defects observed at the time of purchase of the bicycle or while test riding, you can raise a complaint with proof of purchase and relevant pictures to our email id “sales@proximabikes.com”, we will extend all reasonable assistance in regard. Any request for the return of the bicycle/product shall be at the sole discretion of Proxima Bikes. Warranty terms are for manufacturing defects only not applicable to regular wear and tear nor to defects, malfunctions, or failures that result from the abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, accident, or misuse of the bicycle.

Warranty Timelines for Parts :

Frame – Lifetime (Considering life of bicycle for 3 Years)
Fork / Rim / Saddle / Handle – 6 Months
Tyre & Tube – 6 Months
Plastic / Consumable parts – No Warranty
